Returns & Exchanges

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

  • All sales are final.
  • We will not replace items damaged, worn or that have been laundered, lost during transit, or are damaged due to customer neglect.
  • If there is a problem with the order (production mistake(s), item(s) missing) we MUST be contacted within 3 calendar days of receipt.
  • If an exchange/refund is approved vendor is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Returns are processed within 3-6 business days after received.

Please do NOT attempt to return an item if the above criteria has not been met, for our returns department will not accept it.  Obtaining a tracking number for any returned item is suggested for we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
